LATE ENTRY:

College of Charleston is off to tremendous start to their first season in the ACC Hockey League.  They swept their three game series against Virginia Division rivals this past weekend.  The third weekend in September, the Cougars swept ACC rival Old Dominion and in-state rival Clemson on their way to a 5-0 ACC League record and atop the Carolina Division.  The Cougars are led by senior Captain Peter Sarath who tallied 8 points (4 G, 4 A) including a hat trick in the second game.  Pete hails originally from Richfield, Connecticut and is Majoring in Accounting.  Peter's older brother played four years for Elon University, also Team Captain in his senior year - they are the first brothers to both be selected as Players of the Week in the ACC Hockey League.  Congratulations to Pete, Coach Barton, and the entire Cougar team for their phenomenal start to the 2019-2020 Season!
