The Appalachian State Ice Hockey Team came to compete in the first ACC M3 Kick-off Tournament in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Mountaineers were disciplined on and off the ice, recording 29 goals in the two game weekend. Led by Senior Captain Jack Rabinovitch, who scored 8 goals and earned 4 assists enroute to lopsided wins over ACC Virginia Division Rivals, Old Dominion University and The College of William & Mary. Off the ice, Jack is the President of the Mountaineers Ice Hockey Team and majors in Sports and Recreation Management. Jack hails from Alpharetta, Georgia, just a short 15 miles north of Atlanta and known for it's numerous recreational parks. Congratulations to Jack, Coach Dwyer, and the Mountaineers for bringing your A-game to the ACC M3 Tournament and starting the season with a league 3-0 start!
