Three-time ACC M2A Champions Coastal Carolina is off to a tremendous start to the '23-'24 Hockey Season.  One reason is freshman goalie Jack Shapiro.  Last weekend, Jack stopped 69 of 72 shots in a double header with long time rival UNC-Wilmington.  Though the Chanticleers split the weekend, Jack's performance between the pipes was nothing short of spectacular.  

Jack's year to date totals are 3-3-1, league leading 2.28 GAA, and a .937 save%. Jack hails from Apex, North Carolina, where he undoubtedly drew his inspiration from the Hurricanes.

Congratulations to Jack, his teammates, Head Coach, Grant Williams and the entire Chanticleer hockey program.  Best of luck in the remainder of the season and defending the ACC Admirals Cup!
